Restraints are comfortable, secure and dependable as they are reinforced with three layers of leather! These premium restraints can be used with or without a lock. Measurements: Wrist: 14 cm to 22.9 cm and 6.4 cm wide. Ankle: 15.2 cm to 33 cm and 6.4 cm wide.
